cdp_record_test_stop

Stop recording, deduplicate consecutive type/tap bursts, freeze the buffer, and return event count + per-type breakdown. Sets truncated: true when the 500-event cap was hit. Recorded events stay in MCP memory for cdp_record_test_generate / cdp_record_test_save until the next start.

This tool takes no parameters.
